It’s finally here! A new year full of new additions — babies, that is! Hospitals across North Texas, and those with Texas Health Resources, celebrated the new year by welcoming some of the first newborns of 2024. At Texas Health Stephenville, parents Deisy Muniz and Adan Torres welcomed baby girl Carla Lucia Torres at 1:50 p.m. on New Year’s Day. She weighs 9 pounds, 3 ounces and she’s 21 inches long.
