Field of champions: SHS athletes win district titles

Stephenville High School's Landri Withers won the District Championship in long jump with a jump of 17-04 3/4. The district track meet was held last week in Brownwood.
Stephenville's Jaylee Matthews won the District Champion in the 300 Hurdles with a time of 47.44.
Stephenville's K’Ce Johnson won the District Championship in the 100 Hurdles with a time of 16.48.
Stephenville's Tori Cameron won the District Champion title in both the 100 and 200 with times of 25.23 and 12.38, respectively.
Stephenville's team of Reese Weyers, K’Ce Johnson, Amiah Rodriguez and Tori Cameron won the District Champion title in the 4 x 100 relay with a time of 49.82.
The Stephenville High School team of Alee McClendon, Reese Weyers, K’Ce Johnson, and Landri Withers won the District Championship in the 4 x 200 with a time of 1:49.67.
Stephenville's Mile Relay team of Amiah Rodrigez, Jaylee Matthews, Reese Weyers and Kennedy Coffee won the District Championship with a time of 4:08.82.
SHS's Gavin Rountree won the District Championship in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.24.
The team of Christopher Foster, Gavin Rountree, Coy Eakin and Ryder Lambert won the District Championship in the 4 x 200 with a time of 1:33.02.
Stephenville's Kiedra Mills won the District Championship in pole vault with a vault of 9-6.
