Grand Jury indicts 12
An Erath County grand jury indicted 12 individuals Thursday including a man facing four different charges and another facing three counts of endangering a child.
Those indicted include:
• Kevin James Butz, 39, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third degree felony.
• Joseph Leon Dhane, 19, theft ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.
• David Longoria Gonzales, 32, theft ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.
• Pete Gonzales, 36, theft, ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.
• Paul Jay Graff, 33, theft, ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.
• Jesus Fidencio, Longoria, 19, theft, ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.
• Samuel Tyson Means, 25, three counts of intoxication assault, a third degree felony.
• Jerry Eugene Mitchell, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony.
• Cody Dale Page, 27, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.
• Salvador Saavedra Jr., 28, three counts of manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.
• Luis Anthony Valenzuela, 25, burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony.
• Enoch Marvin Yarbrough, 37, three counts of abandoning or endangering a child, a state jail felony.
