Tickets are now sale for the 2018 Houston Winter Invitational, which features Tarleton for three games, at Minute Maid Park, the home of the 2017 World Series Champion Houston Astros.

Tickets are now available online at and will also be available at the gate on the day of the game.

Tarleton is set to compete in the annual Division II baseball showcase at Minute Maid Park for the sixth consecutive season when the season opens on February 2. Tarleton will play Henderson State, Colorado Mines, and St. Mary's on the 2-4. The first two games will be at 10 a.m. and the final Tarleton showing will be Sunday at 6 p.m. The Texans will play the first and final games of the Winter Invitational.

The three-day tournament is hosted by Central Missouri, the alma mater of Houston Astros' owner Jim Crane. Daily admission tickets will be sold at $17 for adults, $11 for students, and $8 for youth. Children 3 and younger are free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Tarleton is coming off a 28-20 season a year ago and return seven all-conference players from last season, including first-team selections Nathan Hickey, Dylan Lemons, and Blake Adams.
