The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce celebrated Upbring Head Starts new facility expansion with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 1. The expansion now allows for additional classrooms for more children to attend, so they are accepting new preschool enrollments. Upbring Head Start provides a safe, inclusive place where children can learn, grow and thrive while preparing for kindergarten.
