The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce celebrated new member Insomnia Cookies with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 31. Insomnia Cookies will come to the rescue when you're craving something sweet. They offer in-store, pickup, and delivery options for a variety of signature warm, delicious cookies and ice cream. Insomnia Cookies donated 15% of the proceeds from its grand opening day to Erath County United Way.
