PALO PINTO - Gloria Genelle “Nell” Brooks Carpenter, of Lake Palo Pinto, Texas, passed away on Sept. 24, 2020. She was 91 years old.

Nell was born on July 14, 1929 in Roaring Springs, Texas. She was one of 10 children born to Charles Frederick Brooks and Edith Evalena (Sampson) Brooks.
