COLLEGE STATION - On Sunday, November 4, 2007, Michael L. Graham, 60, was reunited through death with his father, J.L. Graham; father-in-law, W.R. Ullman; and infant son, Joshua Michael. Visitation was 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, November 7 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Mike's friends and family gathered Thursday, November 8 at Central Baptist Church to celebrate Mike's life of service to others. Burial was at Kerens Cemetery in Kerens, Texas.

After receiving his master's of divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1974, he served as director of the Baptist Student Ministry at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. He married Diane Ullman on January 11, 1975.

In 1980, Mike accepted the director position of the Baptist Student Ministry at Texas A&M University. He served in that position ministering to Aggies for 16 years. In 1997, Mike became director of Pastoral Care for College Station Medical Center. His most recent position at the hospital was director of the Community Cares Program. Throughout his years of ministry, Mike touched countless lives by focusing on the two things he believed to be eternal: God's Word and men's souls.

Those left cherishing his memory include his wife of 32 years, Diane; sons, Matt and Grant; mother, Olive Lucille Graham; brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Diane Graham; nieces, Jennifer and Susan; mother-in-law, Betty Ullman; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Donna and Richard Ellis; nephew, Travis; along with many friends, co-workers, patients and former students.

Because of his deep passion for college students, Mike founded the Aggie Baptist Student Ministry Endowment Fund. Memorials to this fund may be sent to: Baptist Student Ministry, 203 College Main, College Station, Texas 77840.
