STEPHENVILLE – A private service to celebrate the life of Alice Elizabeth Fellers, 97, will be held at a later date.
Alice was born in Dallas to Vassar and Clara Gill. She married Eura Byron Fellers on Nov. 10, 1951.
Alice enjoyed music and art, and shared her talents by teaching piano, guitar, and art to many students throughout her life, before retiring in 1991. In retirement, she enjoyed sewing and quilting by hand, as she made many beautiful, prize-winning quilts. Alice was also an active member of the local Quilters Guild.
Alice is survived by her son and his wife, Ronnie and Ginger Fellers of Stephenville, Texas; granddaughter, Melanie (Fellers) Harrison and husband James Harrison of San Antonio, Texas; grandson, Chris Fellers and wife Alaina Fellers of San Antonio, TX; great-grandchildren, Christian Harrison, Declan Harrison, Lucian Fellers, and Jocelyn Fellers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vassar and Clara Gill, her husband, Eura Fellers, and her sister, Vassie Morris.
To celebrate her life, there will be a private family service.
