Beginning tonight and continuing through Saturday, the 4c's Arena & Event Center in Stephenville will host the Bradberry's Best Cowboy Capital Championship Bull Riding. Performances are Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

The event is part of the CBR (Championship Bull Riding) Horizon Series. Led by bull riding icon, Tuff Hedeman, CBR is a nationwide, professional bull riding organization.

The Cowboy Capital Championship Bull Riding has attracted some of CBR bull riding's top athletes including two CBR world champions and six of its top 20 ranked bull riders this year. Bonner Bolton is a 2nd generation bull rider and the son of Toya from Gardendale. Bolton won the CBR World title in 2007 and is currently ranked No. 4 for a second title this season. Clayton Baethge is CBR's 2008 World Champion and has battled back from some serious injuries and is returning to competition this weekend. One of the hottest bull riders on tour is the No. 2 ranked CBR contender, Chase Outlaw from Hamburg, Arkansas. Outlaw is fresh out of high school and the 2009 National High School Finals Champion. He is enjoying his rookie season and is a contender for the CBR Championship in 2011.

Other top talents expected to compete this weekend are Aaron Pass from Dallas and Cody White, a 5-time qualifier to the CBR Finale and currently ranked No. 7 from Belton. Another rookie standout competing this weekend is No. 16 ranked Michael Earl from Pflugerville and Luke Haught from Weatherford who is ranked 8th.

The Bradberry's Best Cowboy Capital Championship Bull Riding is also featuring a United Bucking Bulls, Inc. (UBBI) bucking bull contest as well. Ninety-two 3 and 4 year old bulls will compete in Stephenville Friday and Saturday night and 75 2-year-old bulls will compete on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Admission is free.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under and are available at the event. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The 4c's Arena & Event Center is located at 2206 FM 205 almost directly across from the ECLA Rodeo Grounds.
