A weekend rodeo turned tragic for a Hamilton County man.
Guadalupe Garcia, 27, died in the trauma unit of a Fort Worth hospital, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office. An autopsy report says a lacerated liver led to his death just after 6 a.m. Saturday.
Garcia was reportedly stepped on by a bull at a Friday night rodeo in the Lingleville area. The incident occurred at a location on FM 8.
Garcia was a resident of Hico, the medical examiner's report states.
He was married with three children, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
