An Erath County grand jury indicted 19 individuals last week on charges ranging from criminal non-support to assault.

Those indicted include:

Stanley Earl Barnes, 38, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony. Johney Robin Beyrouthy, 49, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, (less than one gram), a state jail felony. George Elmo Blessing, 77, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony. John Houston Boutcher Jr., 41, possession of marijuana (five lbs. or less but more than four ounces), a state jail felony. Patsy Ann Brewer, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a state jail felony. Wayne Hoyet Dowell, 46, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third-degree felony. Anthony Lee Jones, 36, assault (against a family member with prior conviction), a third-degree felony. Carl Jones III, 25, unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony. Joel Thomas Lewis, 40, two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram, enhanced), a second-degree felony. Jan Wesley Manley, 46, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (with intent to deliver), a second-degree felony. Jose Omar Martinez, 21, assault against a public servant, a third-degree felony. Kayla Joann Mauna, 22, criminal non-support, a state jail felony. Judy Kay Mitchell, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony. Edward Floyd Quillen, 50, theft (under $1,500 with two prior convictions), a state jail felony. Cris Michael Ray, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony. Fidel Garcia Rodriguez, aka Javier Garcia, theft, ($20,000 or more but less than $100,000), a third-degree felony. Brian William Smith, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony. Matthew Blake Turner, accident involving personal injury or death, felony. Matthew Lawrence Wenhold, 20, possession of marijuana (five lbs. or less but more than four ounces), a state jail felony.
