Yet another discussion centering on the rift between the county and Cross Timbers Title Company is on the Erath County Commissioners Court agenda today.

When county commissioners meet at 9 a.m., discussion will focus on “written response for information from Cross Timbers Title,” the agenda states.

The meeting will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom at the Erath County Courthouse.

Citing an alleged promise from Cross Timbers Title and a letter, the county contends the company should give it a copy of the digital images the company has produced using county records.

Cross Timbers Title, on the other hand, contends the county never signed a contract sent to them and the letter the county is basing its claim on has been taken out of context.

Also today, commissioners are scheduled to:

*- Discuss and/or approve replat lots, including but not limited to, Mt. Lakes Lots 660,661, & 662, Section III; Mt. Lakes Lots 1262, 1263, &1264, Sec IV, Phase 2; Mountain Lake Sub-division, on property within Mountain Lakes residential development south of Bluff Dale, Texas.

*- Consider and/or approve County Road and Bridge Fees.

*- Consider and/or approve reappointment of Pat Sharp to Pecan Valley Mental Health Mental Retardation Board of Trustees.

*- Consider and/or approve Letter of Intent from Lawyers Abstract & Title Co.

*- Hear a presentation from Pritchard & Abbott concerning oil and gas revenues.
