E-T Staff Report

As students across the area prepare to get back into the swing of a new school year, Huckabay School is preparing to swing open its doors to a new facility - one complete with four new classrooms, which include computer and science labs.

Superintendent Cheryl Floyd said the public is invited to attend the "Grand Opening" assembly at 6 p.m. tonight in the school's gym, where she will make a brief presentation about the new facility.

Following the assembly, students will have a chance to meet their teachers and tour the school.

The Lingleville Independent School District will also host its Meet the Teacher tonight from 4 to 6 p.m. and again Monday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

The Stephenville Christian School will conduct an informal open house from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday. The public is invited to both schools.
