The Stephenville City Council will review the delinquent tax collection report from Linebarger Goggan Blair and Sampson LLP during tonight's business meeting.
The Planning and Zone Commission will consider a request for rezoning a one-to-two family dwelling, Lot 25, Block 4, College Heights Addition.
The Finance Committee will present its report on the hotel occupancy tax contract with Chamber of Commerce, review ECAD's budget, and consider and ordinance relating to taxation of goods in transit (HB 621).
A public hearing will be held on the request from Genuine Parts Company for Municipal Setting Designation.
Authorization will be considered to bid restroom facilities at City Park.
The council will then meet in executive session.
The regular business meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, located at 298 West Washington Street.
