Nine individuals pleaded guilty to various charges Wednesday morning before Judge Donald Jones in the 266th Judicial District Court.

Jesus Ramirez Medina pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He was sentenced to five years confinement, probated for five years. He must serve 10 days in the Erath County Jail and perform 300 hours of community service. Medina was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and his driverís license was suspended for two years.

Gregory Dewayne Dillard II, pleaded guilty to robbery and received five years confinement, probated for five years. He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

Randall Elvis Shockley pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He was sentenced to 25 years confinement.

Michael Lynn McKneely pleaded guilty to theft of property more than $1,500 but less than $20,000. He was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.

David Alexander Tidwell pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, more than four ounces but less than five pounds. He received five years probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

Zackary Vincent Colbough pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement, probated for 10. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.

Jeffery Paul Lewis, Jr., pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation. He received 10 years probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.

Bryn Harris Marvin pleaded guilty to possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram. He was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for four years. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.
