Stephenville resident Amber Lynn Wood was among 16 individuals indicted Tuesday by an Erath County grand jury.

Wood, 32, was indicted for the sexual assault of a child for an incident that occurred in March 2009 in the Stephenville City Park involving a 14-year-old male.

According to the original report, Wood and her alleged victim were in a secluded area of the park when Stephenville Police Officer Jeff Walker was patrolling the grounds.

After questioning, the young teen told Walker that he and Wood had been involved in an extended "relationship."

Wood was a Tarleton student at the time of the incident and was also student teaching at Granbury ISD. She was released from the student-teaching program following her arrest.

Jahmeel Rashad Hobson, 23, and Aaron Micheil Wagner, 25, were both indicted for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram - a state jail felony. Hobson is a former Tarleton State University football player who completed his eligibility last fall. Wagner is still a member of the Texan football program.

Christopher Ryan Baker, 19, was indicted for theft, $1,500 or more but less than $20,000, a state jail felony.

Crystal Dawn Becker, 28, was indicted for securing execution of a document by deception, a state jail felony.

Steven Keith Bradley, 50, was indicted for failure to comply with registration requirements, a first degree felony.

Brandy Michelle Bragg, 23, was indicted for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third degree felony.

Jared Ryan Daniel, 22, was indicted for injury to a child, a state jail felony.

Emily Leal Deloera was indicted for evading arrest of detention, with a vehicle and driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, both third degree felonies.

Noah Edmund Kennedy, 21, was indicted for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Kayla Joann Maunu, 24, was indicted for theft, less than $1,500, with two prior convictions, a state jail felony.

Jennifer Elaine Mejia, 18, was indicted for forgery, by passing, a state jail felony.

Gustavo Miramontescid, 39, was indicted for assault on a public servant, a third degree felony.

Christopher Earl Reuter, Jr., 23, was indicted for possession of a substance in penalty group 2, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Amanda Darline Srader, 26, was indicted for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Rebecca Garcia Vazquez, 27, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony.
