MTGCD makes quality appointment
When Boyd Waggoner recently resigned as a member of the Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District’s Board of Directors, one had to wonder if the MTGCD would make a quality appointment to replace the controversial Waggoner.
Well, it only took two words Thursday to realize that the board had done so - and that Erath County residents would be well represented on the six-member board that oversees groundwater issues in two counties.
Dittfurth, pastor of Stephenville First Assembly of God, is a quality individual who worked as a hydrologist before becoming a minister in Stephenville.
“I was a hydrologist because being a hydrologist was cool,” Dittfurth said.
Great individual. Great choice. Great job, MTGCD.
