Tarleton Street Townhomes, a new housing development in Stephenville, is hosting an open house in their model home from 12-5 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, located at 341 N. Floral Street.

The two-story, 1,650-square foot homes will include three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a single-car garage, full-service kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room and laundry room.

“Personally, they’re some of the nicer units available in town,” said Taylor Kanute, managing member of Keewaydin Developments, LLC, who are behind the project. “They’re really great for first-time home buyers or someone who’s looking to downsize from a big yard. These are handsfree maintenance. They’ll always be pristine-looking. The kitchen is very modern, same with the living room and the bedrooms.”

The townhomes contain 12 units and are all being sold individually, with half of the units already sold.

“This open house is a great opportunity to introduce our company to Stephenville and bring some fresh new ideas to the real estate market,” Kanute said.

The model home is open to the public and complimentary food and beverages will be served during the open house as well.

“We welcome anyone to stop by and come take a look through the unit and just see the end product,” Kanute added. “There’s a lack of model homes available in Stephenville. We’re trying to let people know about our product, the type of homes we build and new things we’ve got coming up.”
