H-E-B expanded its temporary hours of operation in Stephenville and in stores across Texas on Monday, April 27.
The new hours of operation are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
H-E-B announced the decision last week to expand their hours in order to better serve customers.
“With an improving supply chain and stronger product availability, our stores have the capacity to serve more customers throughout the day while providing the products they want at our everyday low prices,” an H-E-B news release states. “Along with our new hours, we continue to ease product limits on many items and customers will start to notice many popular departments reopen, such as our bakery, deli and floral departments.”
Stephenville’s H-E-B Pharmacy will continue to operate from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and will keep their regular weekend hours from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
H-E-B said in the news release that their “top priority remains protecting the health and safety of our Partners and customers.”
The news release states that H-E-B will continue to follow strict hygiene and sanitation measures along with proper social distancing protocols. Partners in customer-facing roles and who are in close contact with other individuals are required to wear masks.
Plexiglass partitions at all checkstands, metered entry into stores, crowd control guidelines, deep cleaning and sanitizing of stores and contact H-E-B Curbside and Home Delivery are additional protective measures that H-E-B will continue to put in place.
“As we continue to monitor the spread of the pandemic, we are following guidance and advice from medical professionals and the CDC to make the best decisions regarding the health and safety of our Partners, customers and the communities we serve,” the press release states.
