An Erath County grand jury indicted 14 individuals Thursday including one man accused of sexually assaulting a child, and another for possession of child pornography.

Brandon Lee, 38, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony, stemming from an outcry in August.

At the time of Lee’s arrest Police Chief Jason King declined to give details about the case citing its sensitive nature.

“The victim was younger than 14 when the allegations occurred,” King told the E-T.

Lee was released from the Erath County Jail after posting a $50,000 bond.

In a separate case involving an area teenager, Robert Wayne McGaugh, 48, was indicted on three counts of possession of child pornography, a third degree felony.

McGaugh, who is from Guthrie, Oklahoma, was taken into custody on April 5 for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old high school student he met online.

He is being held at the Erath County Jail on a combined bond of $310,000.
