Baby back ribs, seafood by order and even items for your pet are available at a new local meat market. Say hello to Baby Clay’s where you can order items when and how you want them.

Baby Clay’s locally-owned and family-operated business is located at 3054 W. Washington Street and is part of Clay’s Processing in Dublin.

Inside you will find friendly faces and a large selection of products including several ones might not expect to find in a meat market.

1. Fresh produce delivered weekly from area growers such as Pecos cantaloupes

2. Smoked on-site dog bones and pig ears

3. Quail

4.Frog Legs

5. Kennedy sausage

6. Goat

7. Homemade jellies and soaps from Milk and Mud

8. Products from Dublin Bottling Works

Baby’s also offers seafood by order. Customers can special order and it's delivered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Cheeses are smoked in-house and they even have the red rind cheese.  Munster queso and jalapeno poppers with several choices of cheese and cream cheese are also made in-house.

“Our goal is to make everyone’s family our family,” said owner Scott Estes.

Estes said grass-fed beef will also be available soon.

“We want to make an impression on everyone that walks in the door,” said market manager, Lisa Lowe.

Current market hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
