An Erath County grand jury has indicted 17 individuals — most for possession or manufacturing/delivering a substance in penalty groups one and two.

Those indicted include:

Brandi Lea Babkowski, 21, for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group one — one gram or more, but less than four grams; a second degree felony.

Michael Allen Booth, 28, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Cesar Jaime Cuellar, 26, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Jordan Keith Del Bosque, 21, for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group one — one gram or more, but less than four grams; a second degree felony.

Christopher Lee Free, 42, for possession of a substance in penalty group one — one gram or more, but less than four grams; a third degree felony.

Jeffery Thomas Guerra, 23, for possession of a substance in penalty group two, less than one gram; a third degree felony.

Janice Marie Jennings, 24, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony. 

Ryan Scott Kitchens, 32, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Javier Linan, Jr., 38, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Miguel Angel Macias, 23, for driving while intoxicated, third or more; a third degree felony.

Chace Aron Martin, 23, for possession of a substance in penalty group two, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Amanda Lee Melendres, 32, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Ronaldo Morales, 20, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger; a state jail felony.

Antonio Sebastian Perez, 25, for possession of a substance in penalty group two, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Bryce Dewayne Smith, 33, for possession of a substance in penalty group one — four grams or more, but less than 200 grams; a second degree felony.

Santos Torres, 22, for two counts of possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; two state jail felonies.

William Gordon Vaughn, 51, for possession of a substance in penalty group one — one gram or more, but less than four grams; a third degree felony.
