The Girl Scouts of Central Texas participated in an exciting day filled with hands-on experiments over the weekend at the Mistletoe Hut in Stephenville.
“By using their smarts and a whole lot of experimentation, they determined if seven well-known myths were busted, confirmed or plausible,” said Public Relations Executive Reyna Martinez. “By introducing girls of every age to STEM experiences, Girl Scouts helps them see how they can actually improve the world — whether they’re discovering how a car’s engine runs, learning to manage finances or caring for animals.”
Each girl was able to stock up on new STEM badges and fun patches at the mobile shop.
