The group was chartered in 1977 as an organization of women supporting women in business and the professional community.

President Kimberly Dunnahoo said, “On the 40th anniversary of our charter we want to commemorate those who have come before us and set the path for supporting the Cross Timbers area, we hope that all former members will return and reminisce about their experiences in the group, and that those interested in joining may come and mingle and see what we have to offer as a professional organization.”
