An Erath County grand jury indicted 15 individuals including Aaron Jaimes Yepez, 33, for aggravated sexual assault of a child; a first degree felony.

This isn’t the first time Yepez has shown criminal behavior against minors.

In January 2011 Yepez was found guilty of sexually assaulting his 11-year-old daughter at his home in Dublin and was sentenced to 11 years in prison.

“He served about half his time and then he was paroled out into the custody of ICE Immigration enforcement, he’s not a citizen,” Jett Smith, assistant district attorney, said. “While he was in their custody he was served with a warrant on this case. This was his other daughter (13 years old) who came forward.”

According to the arrest affidavit his daughter stated in a video interview that when she was five or six years of age in 2009, her father sexually abused her.

When asked why she didn't tell her mother earlier she “stated that she was worried that she might get kicked out of the house or that her family would go back to the women’s shelter or someplace that she didn’t want to go,” the affidavit reads.
