A one-vehicle rollover that occurred on U.S. Hwy. 377 South Monday afternoon resulted in the death of a woman from Goldthwaite.

The woman has been identified as Jensey Nicole Priddy, 29, and was pronounced dead at the scene by Dublin Justice of the Peace Judge Bart Greenway after being ejected from the 1999 GMC pick up (Unit 1).

The woman’s two sons, ages seven and eight, were transported by Air Evac to Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth with non-incapacitating injuries.

“Unit 1 left the roadway to the east and over corrected to the west. Unit 1 then crossed over into the outside southbound lane and over corrected again,” Dub Gillum, Sr. Trooper of the Texas Highway Patrol, released in a statement. “Unit 1 then left the roadway again to the east and entered the center median. Unit 1 rolled and came to rest upside down in the middle of the northbound lanes of travel.”

The family has been notified and the scene was investigated by Trooper Justin Becker, THP Stephenville.

The northbound lanes were shut down for hours as emergency crews cleared.

The E-T will provide more details as information is made available.
