An Erath County grand jury has indicted 14 individuals including Grayce Ann Cozart, 20, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; a second degree felony. 

Others indicted include:

Brandon Everette Armstrong, 27, for criminal mischief, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000; a state jail felony.

Manuel Edwardo Bega, Jr., 22, for burglary of a habitation and burglary of a building; a second degree and state jail felony.

John Hermanestas Byrd, 48, for two counts of theft, less than $2,500 with two prior convictions; second degree felonies.

Brice Kenley Gilliam, 29, for burglary of a building and burglary of habitation; a second and first degree felony.

Edgar Omar Hernandez, 20, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Yasmin Nicole Higgins, 21, for possession of marijuana, five pounds or less but more than four ounces; a state jail felony.

Belinda Ann Hunter, 48, for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, less than 50 items; a state jail felony.

Shane Alan Lindsey, 27, for theft, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, and forgery by passing; state jail felonies.

Eloy Ramirez, Jr., 23, for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; a third degree felony.

Daniel Jay Ruggles, 38, for two counts of credit card or debit card abuse; third degree felonies.

Richard Bryce Talley, 19, for criminal mischief, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000; a state jail felony.

Damien Marquis Ward, 21, for possession of marijuana, five pounds or less but more than four ounces; a state jail felony.

Nicholas Wayne Zajac, 26, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.
