Peanut butter mousse brownie pie

So simple and easy because it is semi-homemade, and it’s perfect for a crowd.

1 pie crust

1 box of chewy fudge brownie mix

1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipping cream, whipped

Garnish with chocolate curls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in pie plate, fold edges and crimp as desired.

In large bowl, prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into pie crust. Bake until center is set, normally 30-35 minutes.

Let cool for 20 minutes and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter with a mixer in medium speed until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar eating until combined. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon mixture over brownie layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired. Enjoy.
