Blueberry cobbler

1/2 cup butter

2 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 cups whole milk

6 cups fresh blueberries

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Add butter to a 9x13 baking dish and place in oven just until butter is melted.  

In medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Whisk in milk until smooth.  

Pour batter into melted butter, do not sir. Top with blueberries and lemon zest. 

Bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes. xTop with ice cream before serving if desired.
