2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
12 ounces fresh cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and sugar 5-7 minutes. Mixture should double in size. Add butter and vanilla and beat 2 more minutes. Add the flour and mix until combined. Add the cranberries and mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9x13 pan and bake 40-45 minute or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly then cut into squares.
