Banana nut bundt cake

This is absolutely the best cake. It travels well and is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy! 

1 stick butter, softened

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp. vanilla

3 very ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder 

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans  

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream, vanilla and bananas and mix well. In another bowl, whisk together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

Add dry ingredients to mixture and mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. 

After cake is cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
