The E-T was greeted with the cute face and perky ears of Seven, a two-year-old pitbull mix, who is currently up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society.
“He originally came in in January of this year,” said Diane McCoy, director of the ECHS. “He was adopted in April and then brought back three days later because they found out he does not like cats.”
Though Seven isn’t a cat lover, he does get along great with other dogs.
“He’s a calm, nice dog and he’s very good on a leash,” McCoy said.
She added that he’s primarily been an outdoor dog, so she isn’t sure how he would be as an inside dog.
“I think he would be easy to train and work with,” she said.
McCoy said Seven’s neutering and rabies shot fees are sponsored, so once he finds his forever home, his new owner(s) will not have to worry about that cost.
“He’s just an all around good dog and he’s small enough to pick up if you wanted to load him up in your car,” McCoy said. “He’s just a little cute dog.”
