Caudle - Territo

Candiss Renae Caudle and Anthony Craig Territo were united in marriage on Saturday, January 31, 2009, at 4 p.m. at the Birchman Baptist Church in Fort Worth. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Don Parker. Music was provided by vocalist Kim Jones and organist Cory Curvin. Following the ceremony, a buffet reception was hosted by the bride’s parents at the Ridglea Country Club in Fort Worth. The bride and groom’s cakes were created by Sandy’s Unique Imprint. On the eve of the wedding, the groom’s family hosted the rehearsal dinner at the Los Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant in Fort Worth.

The bride is the daughter of Ricky and Sandra Caudle of Stephenville. She is the granddaughter of Margie Rea Philips and the late Prentice Philips of Stephenville. The groom is the son of Larry and Linda Territo of Dallas. He is the grandson of Maurine Territo and the late Louis Territo of Mesquite.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a Mori Lee taffeta sweetheart, strapless gown with crystal rhinestones, beading embroidery and a cinched, satin waist detail. Beading was tucked into the skirt pickups that continued onto the chapel length train. Candiss wore a diamond bracelet borrowed from her grandmother. Her grandfather’s wedding ring was tied in her bouquet by her grandmother prior to the start of the wedding.

The bride’s childhood friend, Meggan Whites, served as her Matron of Honor. Jodi Nichols, friend of the bride, served as her Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Melissa Howard and Sarah Hanyes, childhood friends, Heather Mayes, college roomate, Amanda Schwartz and Erin Raith, both friends of the bride. Mariah Territo, niece of the groom was the junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Jewell Caudle, niece of the bride, and Cameron Territo, niece of the groom.

Kyle Berry, childhood friend of the groom, served as Best Man. Groomsmen were Luke Huffman, Jason Cook, childhood friends of the groom and Bryan Baker, friend of the groom. Corey Blow, cousin of the groom, Zachary Territo, brother of the groom and Jody Lee Caudle, brother of the bride, also served as groomsmen. Ushers were Peter Dean, Andrew Huffman, Taylor Vieger, friends of the groom and Jay Watkins, cousin of the groom. Ring bearers were Kason Philips and Kyler Philips, cousins of the bride.

The Honorary House Party walked in with a single rose and were seated at the front of the church on each side pew. Members of the House Party were Kelli Bedwell, Monica Ballow and Micah Russell, childhood friends of the bride. Also included were Jessica Bradshaw and Kryssi Pina, cousins of the bride. Friends of the bride, Hilary Baker, Abbi Miller, Courtney West, Amy Bradford and Erin Gauglitz were also members of the Honorary House Party.

Taylor VanDyke and Ray Pina, cousins of the bride, were the candle lighters. Greeters were Allyson Philips and Ciara Philips, cousins of the bride.

Candiss is a graduate of Stephenville High School and received a degree in public relations and journalism from both Abilene Christian University and the University of Texas at Arlington. She currently serves as account director for Hicks Sports Marketing Group in Dallas.

Anthony is a graduate of Mesquite High School and attended Panola Junior College. He is currently a project manager of Baker Triangle in Fort Worth.

After a seven-day cruise to the Caribbean, the couple will reside in Arlington.
