Tarleton women take third straight win at Vernon Rodeo

STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Tarleton State University’s women’s rodeo team captured first place at the annual Vernon College Rodeo last weekend, its third consecutive title. Shyanne Bauerle, one of four Tarleton goat tying competitors in the finals, paced the effort, winning the event championship with a two-head 13.3 time, including a rodeo-best 6.2 in the finals.
