Marisa Otero and Lesley Lara recently placed HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) online testing for Area 5. There are about 51 counties in Area 5 for HOSA.

Many children will be confined to hospital beds this Christmas season as they battle through sickness, treatments and pain. This can also be emotionally draining for children, especially those who have experienced the joy of Christmas morning at home.

Loony is a 1-year-old Aussie mix. She is a timid girl that will need a patient home. She was terrified when she came in, but she has finally warmed up enough to want pets from staff and greets everyone with her wiggly butt. Best in a home with no children because of her nervousness. She barks in a kennel and is not potty trained. She does fairly well on a leash. We would recommend fostering before adopting. Loony is spayed, fully vaccinated,microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention. This sweetheart has been here since 8/4/22
