With another fantastic year of Tarleton State University Athletics wrapping up, the department is already looking forward to the 2015-16 season and have confirmed several changes to the ever-popular Texan Club, the official booster organization for Tarleton Athletics.

In all, there have been multiple changes to the benefits of joining the Texan Club, but two really stick out going into next yearís athletic season. Those include reserved parking for football games and a Young Alumni Club, a new individual level membership.

With all of the construction and renovations going on around campus and the parking woes in past years, reserved parking will be a big perk for Tarleton football fans who donít want the stress of driving lot-to-lot on game day.

There are several membership levels that will include reserved parking as a perk: Athletic Directorís Club ($1,000) and the Championship Club ($2,500 and up). Three corporate membership packages will include reserved parking. Those are the Texan Level ($3,000), Texan Rider Level ($5,000) and the John Tarleton Level ($10,000 and up).

The Young Alumni Club membership level is also making its first appearance with the Texan Club. The membership level is aimed for recently graduated (Must be within five years of graduating from Tarleton State University) alumni and will only cost $100 for the year, compared to the Purple Club membership level, what was previously the lowest level, which requires a $300 payment.

Perks of the Young Alumni Club will include a Texan Club lapel pin and decal, a listing in the Tarleton State football game day program and access to the Texan Club Pavilion at home football games and the Purple/White Room at home basketball games.

One other change is also in the works, an admission fee for baseball and softball games next season is also expected.†
