Dublin High School has announced Cameron Price as the Class of 2015 valedictorian. He has a 4.33 GPA and did a short Q&A with the E-T about high school and his future.

How do you feel about being the valedictorian of your graduating class?

It is truly an honor to be valedictorian. I am blessed to be able to represent the Dublin High School Class of 2015.

What will you miss most about high school?

Iím going to miss my great teachers, administration and friends. I will also miss playing baseball and showing pigs.

What is your best memory from high school?

My best memory is placing sixth at state in FFA radio broadcasting. Itís always great when your hard work pays off.

What are your plans after graduation?

I plan to attend Tarleton State University and major in agri-industries and agencies. I then want to attend Texas A&M University and obtain a masters of agriculture degree. After college, I plan to become an agricultural public relations specialist.

What are you looking forward to most about the future?

Meeting new people and working to be successful in my job field.

What are your plans this summer?

I am going to work part-time at Brookshire Brothers in Dublin and take college algebra. I will also compete in state FFA Sr. Plant Science Speaking in July.
