An Erath County Grand Jury has indicted 18 individuals, including an alleged sex offender charged with indecency with a child by contact; a second degree felony.

Travis Jennings Stansell, 25, was arrested again in March for contributing marijuana to a minor and is being held on a $30,000 bond in the Erath County Jail.

Others indicted include:

David Moreno Alonso, AKA David Alonso Moreno, 30, for driving while intoxicated, third or more; a third degree felony.

Melissa Ann Boyer, 20, for forgery by passing; a state jail felony.

Thomas Edward Davenport, 52, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Robert Gene Fixico, 43, for driving while intoxicated, third or more; a third degree felony.

Jose Martin Galvan, 32, for driving while intoxicated, third or more; a third degree felony.

Khristi Gail Gordon, 33, for theft less than $1,500 with two prior convictions; a state jail felony.

Joshua Marcus Horn, 30, for possession of a substance in penalty group two, four grams or more but less than 400 grams; a second degree felony.

Terry Lynn Ivey, 49, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, four grams or more but less than 400 grams; a second degree felony.

Arturo Lara, 35, for two counts of aggravated sexual assault with a deadly weapon; second degree felonies.

Johnny Alton McCoy, 31, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Angelica Michelle Mata, 20, for three counts of burglary of a habitation; second degree felonies.

Melanie Nichole Morrow, 36, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

David James Pankey, 43, for manufacturing or delivering a substance in penalty group one, one gram or more but less than four grams; a second degree felony.

Kayleen Emeline Phelps, 19, for credit or debit card abuse of an elderly person and tempering with a witness; third degree felonies.

Blake Gabriel Sanchez, 19, for three counts of burglary of a habitation; second degree felonies.

Ernesto Uribe, 35, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Hannah Amber Webster, 19, for theft of a firearm; a state jail felony.
