Two former Honeybee softball players were given the opportunity earlier this month to participate in the first Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) All-Star Softball Game where their skills were certainly on display.

Recent graduates Ciara Dittfurth and Haylee Fritts took the diamond with something to prove and they did just that for the North team that they represented.

Dittfurth did some damage on the mound by striking out two batters, walking none and giving up no runs in her two innings of work.

Fritts played the game at first base and also hit well from the plate batting .333 for the game and driving in one run.

The North team went on to win the competition 9-3.
