Stephenville concluded its stay in Snyder with a win and two losses on Saturday.
Kali Smith, Sami Shaffer and Chelsea Baggett each had big games at the plate in a 10-4 victory over Shallowater. Shaffer and Smith were each 2-for-2, with Shaffer driving in three runs and scoring two and Smith pushing two scores across the plate and scoring another. Baggett was 3-for-3 and scored a run.
Ashlynn Mayfield went 1-for-1 with a walk and scored twice for the Bees, while Ciara Dittfurth controlled the Shallowater bats, allowing five hits and two walks while firing 70.5 percent strikes. She had three strikeouts in the victory.
Host Snyder overwhelmed Stephenville 11-1. The Bees' only run came when Madi Crew walked and scored on an RBI double by Haylee Fritts.
Stephenville was clipped by Andrews 6-4 in their tournament finale.
Chrislyn Wells belted a 2-run homer against Andrews, while Sierra Varnado was 2-for-2 with a double and a run. Smith and Emily Miller had the other RBIs.
Dittfurth was better than the score indicates in the circle, as only half Andrews' runs were earned. She did yield nine hits and issued four walks.
The Honeybees are idle during the week and return to play a non-district game at Granbury at 2 p.m. Saturday.
