While kids enjoyed the ferris wheel, games and cotton candy last weekend when the carnival was in town, one man was allegedly preying on potential victims.

Just before 11 p.m. Sunday, a woman called police after seeing a man get out of his car with his pants around his ankles.

"He was parked in the area behind the carnival, and when he got out of his car, his pants were down around his ankles and his genitals were exposed," said Lt. Doug McClammy.

When officers arrived at the scene, they identified the suspect as Clinton Lee Reynolds, 65.

He is reportedly a De Leon resident who was in Stephenville visiting family.

Reynolds was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. He was released from Erath County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

"We were glad to get the call and we were sure glad to catch him," McClammy said.
