CLIFTON - Hazel Driver, 95, a retired schoolteacher, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, at her residence.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Nelson and Rev. Keith Coleman officiating. Burial will be at West End Cemetery in Stephenville. Visitation will be 9:30 -11 a.m. on Saturday morning at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born on Sept. 27, 1912, to the late J. L. and Josephine (Willingham) English in Erath County. She married Bud Henry Driver, Sr., on Aug. 14, 1936, in Glen Rose. He preceded her in death on Feb. 21, 2004. She was a member of the Valley Grove Baptist Church in Stephenville, and a member of the Tarleton Alumni Association.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, a sister, an infant son, and a grandson.

Survivors include her son, Bud Driver of Australia; her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Von Kleibrink of Clifton; her daughter, Sue Hamker of Wichita, Kan.; nine grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
