Stephenville Police Department Dispatch Supervisor Kerry Parsons was awarded the 2023 Professionalism Award at the NCT 9-1-1 Gala held recently in Fort Worth. The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1) is engaged in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an emergency 9-1-1 system for more than 40 Emergency Communication Centers in 14 counties surrounding the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
