After a three-game Lone Star Conference road sweep of Angelo State, Tarleton State (20-7, 15-6) is back in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper's NCAA Division II top 30 poll.

The Texans are ranked No. 27 in the nation, reappearing for the first time since rising to a program-best No. 15 early in the season.

Tarleton is the highest-ranked team from the LSC. Incarnate Word is tied at No. 30.

Mount Olive is No. 1 in the poll, followed in the top five by Emporia State, West Florida, Central Missouri State and California State-Chico.
