Lauren Duncan scored in double figures for the second straight game, but it wasn't enough for the Dublin girls Friday night.

Host Tolar got hot from the 3-point arc to come from behind after trailing most of the way for a 48-47 defeat of the Lady Lions, who fell to 1-1 on the young season.

"We were pretty balanced in our scoring and we led most of the game," Dublin head coach Randy Parks said. "But we didn't do a good enough job closing out on their shooters."

Dublin returns home for a battle with 2A power Peaster on Tuesday.
