E-T Staff Report

The District 8-2A All-District selctions are in and Dublin High School is well represented.

The Lady Lions saw two players receive indivdual awards, two first teamers and a second team representative.

Senior Amber Lewis was named Defensive Player of the Year and sophomore Cayla Beck received the Utility Player of the Year honors.

Sophomores Wakely Brown and Kim Ramos were named to the first team while senior Shelby Thiebaud won second team honors.

Senior Mekayla Leatherwood was an Honorable Mention selection.

The rest of the awards were as followed: MVP of the district - Tylene Middleton of Early, Offensive Player of the Year - Julia Loudermilk of Early, Pitcher of the Year:  Janna Allen of Early, Newcomer of the Year - Beth Mullins of Bangs and Coach of the Year - Bryan Waller of Early.
