On Wednesday morning the league announced Tarleton's track and field indoor teams combined for eight All-Lone Star Conference awards at the LSC indoor track and field championships.

The list of all-conference performers includes the first team, which consists of event winners, all members of the winning relay teams, and athletes scoring 14 or more points at the LSC Championships. The second team includes athletes scoring 8-13.9 points, and the third team those scoring 6-7.9 points. Overall, 51 men and 43 women were recognized.

The TexAnns distance medley relay team (Imani Williams, Kara Bickham, Andelynn Carlton, Gretzel Jimenez) received first team honors for Tarleton after taking home a gold medal with a time of 12:39.02. Jimenez also competed in placed second in the mile (5:16.16) and 3000-meter run (10:40.02). The sophomore from China Spring earned first team honors for her performances (18.50 points) and added three medals to her resume.

Dalton Stidham finished second in the 60-meter hurdles with a new school record time of 7.99 to earn second team honors (8 points). Quenten Lasseter also earned second team honors after scoring 9 points for the Texans at the championships. Lasseter placed fourth in the mile run with a time of 4:22.21 and placed fifth in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:35.08.

Jared Elizondo (7 points) and Johen Deleon (6.50 points) received third team honors. Elizondo placed sixth in the 5000-meter run (15:35.31), seventh in the 3000-meter run (9:00.28), and seventh in the mile run (4:23.75). DeLeon finished fourth in the 5000-meter run (15:30.89) and helped lead the distance medley relay team to a bronze medal with a time of 10:34.23.

Stidham will represent Tarleton at the NCAA Indoor Championships meet in Pittsburg, KS on Friday and Saturday.
