DALLAS - Mary Louise Pierson McMahan, 92, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Grisham officiating. Burial will be at Graves Gentry Cemetery in Hamilton.

She was born Oct. 22, 1914, in Hamilton to Craik and Annie Pierson. She was a resident of Stephenville until 2003 when she moved to Dallas to live with her daughter, Cynthia, and to be near daughter, Linda Cavin and brother, Glenn Pierson.

She was a faithful and lifetime member of First United Methodist Church, including over 50 years service as choir and WSCS member. Louise loved God, family, friends and music. She enjoyed playing and teaching the piano and loved being around all people.

Survived by daughters, Cynthia McMahan; Linda Cavin and husband, Charles; brother, Glenn all of Dallas; grandchildren, Shannon Scally, Kyle Wright and wife, Cheryl; and two great grandchildren, Luke and Grace Wright, all of the Dallas area.

The family is especially indebted to her loyal and devoted caretaker, Betty Jones, while living in Dallas. Betty, a committed Christian, made her life content and comfortable and they shared many wonderful prayers together. She was a good friend to Louise and is like a member of our family. We are forever grateful to her.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 173, Stephenville, TX 76401.
