STEPHENVILLE — Valeria Jane Hill (Luck)  was born March 5, 1954 to the late Preston Edward Luck and Theodosia Marie Luck of Salina Kansas.   She graduated from Salina Central High School and went on to graduate from North Platte College in Nebraska as an LPN.  On July 17, 1982. Valeria married Billy Gene Hill in Salina, Kansas and they have been married for 27 years.

Valeria was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sibling and friend.  She was a true saint.  She cared for and loved all who knew her. Valeria was a long-time resident of Stephenville and a Breast Cancer Survivor.  After battling the illness, she  went to be with our Lord on June 1, 2009.  She will be missed by all.  WE  LOVE YOU.

A Memorial Service will be held, at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2009, at  the Cowboy Church of Erath County, 4945 U.S. Highway 67, with Reverend Werth Mayes officiating.

Survivors include  her husband, Billy Gene Hill, Sr. of Stephenville; two sons, Eric Gene Luck and wife, Melissa, of Stephenville and Billy Gene Hill, Jr., of  Stephenville; three sisters, her identical twin, Jean Marie Drog and her husband Joe of Sheridan, Wyoming, Pamela Dianne Ball of Lewisville, Texas and Mona Sue McCormick and her husband Ron of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three grandchildren, Mitchell Edward Mathieu, Haylee Jane Luck, and Kyden William Luck.  She is also survived by nephews, Sean, Brad and Justin and nieces, Kelli and Jennifer and many other relatives and friends.
